SAFETY OFFICER (2 NOS.) @ SITE TECHNOLOGY
We are looking for dedicated Safety Officers to manage occupational health and safety across our T&D substations and underground cabling projects. In this role, you will implement site-specific Health and Environment (HE) plans and conduct rigorous risk assessments for excavation and high-voltage work. Your primary goal is to ensure a zero-accident environment by monitoring compliance with NEBOSH and OSHAD frameworks. The salary for this role is AED 5,000-7,000.
As a Safety Officer, you will also be responsible for delivering safety inductions and training to the workforce, ensuring that every individual understands the client-specific safety protocols. You will perform regular site audits and investigations into any incidents, providing detailed reports and recommendations to management. This role is essential for maintaining our reputation for excellence in site safety and operational integrity.

Key Requirements
Relevant certification in safety management such as NEBOSH IGC.
Strong knowledge of OSHAD frameworks and UAE safety regulations.
Experience in site-specific HE plan implementation for T&D projects.
Ability to conduct comprehensive risk assessments for excavation.
Specific expertise in safety protocols for high-voltage electrical work.
Capability to monitor and enforce client-specific safety protocols.
Strong communication skills for delivering safety briefings and training.
Experience in performing regular site safety audits and inspections.
Proficiency in preparing detailed safety reports and incident analyses.
Commitment to maintaining a zero-accident culture on site.
Ability to interface with client safety representatives effectively.
