ELECTRICAL PROJECT ENGINEER (2 NOS.) @ SITE TECHNOLOGY
The Electrical Project Engineer will lead the execution of critical 11kV/33kV/132kV substation projects. This high-responsibility role involves overseeing cable laying, testing, and commissioning (T&C) activities to ensure they align with project timelines and technical specifications. You will be the primary point of contact for technical submittals through TRANSCO's TAQAT portal, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely. The salary for this position is AED 12,000-14,000.
Beyond technical oversight, you will manage site teams and subcontractors, ensuring that all works are performed to the highest quality standards. Your role includes coordinating with various stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensuring that the project progresses without delays. This is a dynamic position that requires both engineering expertise and strong project management skills to deliver complex electrical infrastructure.

Key Requirements
Dual competency approval from TAQAD (ADDC) and TAQAT (TRANSCO).
Proven experience leading 11kV, 33kV, and 132kV substation projects.
Extensive experience in cable laying, testing, and commissioning (T&C).
Proficiency in managing technical submittals via the TAQAT portal.
Strong leadership skills to manage site execution teams.
Excellent understanding of project timelines and milestone tracking.
Ability to interpret complex electrical schematics and engineering plans.
Knowledge of international and local UAE utility standards.
Strong problem-solving skills for technical issues encountered on-site.
Experience in coordinating with contractors and consultants.
