SENIOR REPORTING DATA ANALYST (P&C INSURANCE) @ SIRI INFO INC
Join our team as a Senior Reporting Data Analyst specializing in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality, business-aligned reporting solutions within our Enterprise Data Warehouse environment. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across policy, claims, billing, and financials, working closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust data models, KPIs, and actionable reports. The responsibilities include leading data lineage efforts, mapping data across ETL layers, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of reporting datasets. You will be tasked with analyzing policy and claims lifecycle data to support regulatory compliance and business growth. This position is available onsite at several SI Offices across the United States, including Alpharetta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Conshohocken, PA; Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; Fargo, ND; Garden City, NY; Houston, TX; Lenexa, KS; Lubbock, TX; Morristown, NJ; Mt. Juliet, TN; New York, NY; Purchase, NY; and Topeka, KS.
Key Requirements
13+ years of experience in Reporting and Data Analytics
Strong experience with Enterprise Data Warehousing (EDW)
7+ years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance, specifically Commercial Lines
Expertise in Workers’ Compensation and claims analytics
Hands-on experience with Guidewire suites including PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter
Proficiency in SAP and Genius platforms
Advanced skills in SQL for developing and validating complex reporting datasets
Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools such as MicroStrategy or Power BI
Strong understanding of data lineage and reconciliation across ETL layers
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field
