FINANCE MANAGER @ SINOTRUCK TZ
Sinotruck Tz is seeking a highly qualified, experienced, and results-oriented Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure organizational growth and stability.
In addition to strategic planning, the Finance Manager will prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensure full compliance with local tax laws and accounting standards, manage cash flow and financial risks, and supervise the internal finance department. This role requires close coordination with external auditors and regulatory authorities to provide clear financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) holder.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in finance or accounting.
At least 1 year of experience in a managerial position.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards.
Expertise in taxation and budgeting processes.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proven ability to manage financial risks and internal controls.
