FINANCE MANAGER @ SINOTRUCK TZ
Sinotruck Tz is seeking a highly qualified, experienced, and results-oriented Finance Manager to lead our financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure long-term stability and growth. You will prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports while ensuring full compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
In this role, you will manage cash flow, identify financial risks, and maintain robust internal controls. Furthermore, you will supervise the finance and accounting team, coordinate audits, and provide critical financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and a proactive approach to financial management within a dynamic business environment.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) holder.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in finance or accounting.
At least 1 year of experience in a managerial position.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and taxation.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
High level of integrity and professional ethics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
