This role is pivotal in managing our client portfolios across multiple regions including Morogoro, Mbeya, and Tanga. Successful candidates will be responsible for reviewing open accounts, collecting loan payments according to agreed schedules, and performing essential customer due diligence to maintain KYC standards. You will also be expected to deliver top-tier customer service while assisting with front-desk and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be motivated by performance targets, including monthly disbursements and new customer acquisition. Key Requirements
High School education diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in microfinance or the financial services sector is highly advantageous.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse clients.
Proven sales and negotiation abilities to manage loan repayments and acquisitions.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Exceptional customer service skills to maintain positive client relationships.
Must be a self-driven individual capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Dependability and a high degree of professional integrity.
Basic computer literacy for data entry and administrative reporting.
Possession of a smartphone for field-based operations and communication.
