Key Requirements
High School education or equivalent certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven negotiation and persuasion abilities
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting
Ownership of a smartphone for field operations
Prior experience in microfinance or financial services is an added advantage
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professional ethics
Willingness to meet and exceed monthly performance targets
