Simplepay Capital Financial Services Tanzania Ltd is looking for dedicated Collection Officers to join their team in Dar es Salaam, Morogoro, and Pwani. The primary focus of this role is to manage customer accounts, follow up on outstanding loan repayments, and ensure that all collections align with the company's established repayment schedules. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their queries are handled professionally.
This role requires an individual who is firm, diplomatic, and highly efficient at managing deadlines. As a Collection Officer, you will also assist with front desk responsibilities and general administrative support when necessary. We are looking for candidates who can effectively balance firm collection practices with high-quality customer care to protect the company's financial interests.

Key Requirements
High School education
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Ability to maintain accurate KYC documentation
Professionalism in handling customer accounts
Excellent time management and planning skills
Basic computer skills for record keeping
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Previous experience in debt collection or customer service is a plus
Resilience and persistence in achieving collection targets
Smartphone ownership preferred for field-based communications
