HR BUSINESS PARTNER @ SIMERA TRANSPORT LTD
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Business Partner to join our Transportation and Clearing & Forwarding Group. This role is crucial for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting employee development and organizational growth within the dynamic transportation and logistics sectors. They will also contribute to key HR initiatives and provide guidance on various HR matters.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Proven HR experience, preferably in the transportation, logistics, or clearing industry.
Strong knowledge of ARUTI and Tanzanian Labour Laws.
Experience in strategic HR planning, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and organizational development.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within the transportation, logistics, or clearing & forwarding industry.
Ability to work collaboratively with management and employees to implement HR policies and programs.
Strong analytical skills for HR data and reporting.
Capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Commitment to continuous professional development in HR.
