GROUP HEAD OF HR @ SIMERA TRANSPORT LTD
We are looking for a highly experienced Group Head of HR to lead the Human Resources function for our Transportation and Clearing & Forwarding Group. This senior leadership role involves developing and executing HR strategies that support the overall business goals, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring legal compliance. The Group Head of HR will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations and driving organizational development initiatives. They will also mentor HR staff and act as a strategic advisor to the executive team.
Key Requirements
Proven HR leadership experience in the transportation, logistics, or clearing industry.
Strong knowledge of ARUTI.
Excellent understanding of Tanzanian Labour Laws.
Experience in strategic HR planning and organizational development.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within the transportation, logistics, or clearing & forwarding industry.
Ability to drive cultural change and employee engagement initiatives.
Experience in managing and developing HR teams.
Proficiency in HR analytics and reporting to inform strategic decisions.
Strategic thinking and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
