WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR @ SIMBAGRP
Simba Group of Companies (SimbaGRP) is looking for a dedicated and experienced Workshop Supervisor to oversee our technical team and maintenance operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks are performed to the highest quality standards while maximizing workshop productivity and efficiency. You will play a key role in staff management, safety compliance, and the technical oversight of diverse vehicle types.
The successful candidate will manage daily workshop schedules, conduct quality inspections, and provide technical guidance to mechanics. You will also be expected to uphold rigorous health, safety, and environmental standards to maintain a secure working environment. Experience with American and European vehicle specifications is highly desired to help the company maintain its competitive edge in vehicle service excellence.

Key Requirements
Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
3-4 years of professional experience in workshop supervision or a similar role.
Demonstrated strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and critical decision-making abilities.
Comprehensive knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
Possession of a valid and clean driving license.
Prior experience working with American or European vehicles is a significant advantage.
Ability to manage workshop workflows and optimize technician performance.
Proficiency in technical diagnostics and mechanical troubleshooting.
Strong organizational skills for managing spare parts and maintenance schedules.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and team coordination.
