Simba Cargo Tanzania is recruiting two highly qualified Human Resources professionals to manage employee relations and legal compliance within the organization. This role is specifically designed for candidates with a legal background, requiring a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and completion of Law School. With at least three years of professional experience, the successful candidates will oversee employee dispute resolution, contract management, and general HR operations.
The role demands a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills in English and Swahili, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Candidates must be 30 years or older and possess a deep understanding of Tanzanian labor laws to ensure the company operates within the legal framework. This is a critical position that involves maintaining a healthy work environment and supporting the strategic growth of Simba Cargo Tanzania through effective human resource management.

Key Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Law (Law School)
Experience in handling employee disputes professionally
Minimum of 3 years working experience
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills in English and Swahili
Age 30 years and above
In-depth knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and regulations
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
