HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER (2 POSITIONS) @ SIMBA CARGO
Simba Cargo is seeking two dedicated and experienced Human Resources Officers to join our team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing conflict resolution within the workplace. This role requires a legal background to effectively handle employment contracts and statutory requirements, contributing to a harmonious and productive work environment.

Key Requirements
Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B) and have completed Law School.
A minimum of 3 years of working experience in Human Resources or a legal advisory role.
Demonstrated ability to manage employees and resolve workplace conflicts with wisdom and professionalism.
Proficiency in computer applications, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English and Swahili.
Applicants must be at least 30 years of age.
Strong understanding of Tanzanian labor laws and employment regulations.
Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality regarding sensitive employee information.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in administrative tasks.
Proven leadership qualities and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
