Simba Cargo is looking for 20 dedicated and energetic individuals to join our team as Customer Service representatives in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidates will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their inquiries are handled professionally and their logistical needs are met efficiently. This role involves active listening, problem-solving, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction to uphold the company's reputation in the cargo and logistics industry. As a Customer Service officer, you will manage a variety of tasks including responding to customer queries via multiple channels, utilizing Microsoft Office tools to maintain records, and collaborating with other departments to resolve complex issues. Candidates should be fluent in both English and Swahili and possess a background in marketing or business. Key Requirements
Must have a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
