Simba Cargo is expanding its team in Dar es Salaam and is looking for 20 dedicated Customer Service representatives. Awe na Diploma/ Degree ya kwanza ya Masoko na Biashara au Fani inayohusiana.
Kusikiliza kwa Umakini na Kutatua Changamoto kwa wateja.
Ujuzi wa Kutumia Computer vizuri na Baadhi ya Program (Microsoft office suite).
Mawasiliano Mazuri kwa lugha ya Kingereza na Kiswahili kwa Ufasaha.
Umri kuanzia miaka 20 - 35.
Exceptional patience and emotional intelligence when handling difficult client queries.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously via phone and email.
Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
Willingness to learn technical aspects of the cargo and shipping industry.
