Simba Beverages Limited is hiring a Safety Officer to oversee and enforce health and safety protocols at our Kibaha facility. The Safety Officer plays a critical role in maintaining a secure working environment for all employees by identifying potential hazards and implementing mitigation strategies.
Key responsibilities include conducting regular safety audits, providing staff training, and ensuring full compliance with national occupational health and safety regulations. You will report directly to management and lead initiatives to reduce workplace incidents.

Key Requirements
Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in safety management
Thorough understanding of occupational health and safety laws
Ability to conduct comprehensive risk assessments
Experience in developing and delivering safety training programs
Proficiency in incident reporting and data analysis
Strong attention to detail regarding regulatory compliance
Ability to lead emergency response drills
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to influence safety culture across all departments
