HELPER / UNSKILLED WORKERS @ SILVER KASHMIR
Silver Kashmir is seeking motivated Helper / Unskilled Workers to join our construction and building maintenance projects in the United Arab Emirates. This role is essential for supporting site operations, moving materials, and assisting skilled tradespeople to ensure project timelines are met. The work environment is fast-paced and requires a strong commitment to safety and efficiency on various construction sites across the UAE. We offer a supportive environment with provided accommodation and transportation for all international hires. The monthly salary for this position is AED 1,200 total, comprising a base of AED 1,000 plus an allowance of AED 200.
Key Requirements
Physical stamina and fitness to perform heavy lifting
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Basic understanding of construction site safety protocols
Willingness to learn and assist in various maintenance tasks
Strong team player with good communication skills
Reliable and punctual with a professional work ethic
Ability to follow instructions accurately
No formal qualification required but construction experience is an advantage
Willingness to relocate to the UAE
Must be of African Nationality as per company requirement
