CCTV TECHNICIAN @ SILAFRICA
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CCTV Technician to join our team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of surveillance systems to ensure the security and safety of our facility operations. You will play a critical role in proactive threat detection and system troubleshooting, working closely with the security and operations departments to maintain high standards of oversight.
The position requires a candidate who is detail-oriented and capable of working in both day and night shift rotations. We provide a supportive working environment where meals are supplied for staff during their scheduled shifts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical proficiency and a strong commitment to organizational safety protocols.

Key Requirements
Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a CCTV Technician or related field
Certificate in IT or Computer Applications
Aged between 20 and 30 years old
Strong understanding of video surveillance hardware and software
Ability to perform technical troubleshooting and system maintenance
Knowledge of network connectivity as it relates to CCTV systems
Capacity to work effectively in rotating day and night shifts
Strong communication skills for reporting security incidents
Attention to detail and proactive monitoring skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
