PROJECT MANAGER – BUILDING ICT SYSTEMS @ SIHOTECH ENGINEERING COMPANY LIMITED
Sihotech Engineering Company Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Building ICT Systems to lead the planning, design, implementation, testing, commissioning, and handover of ICT systems for commercial and high-rise building projects. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, manage ICT project delivery, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure systems are delivered according to project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the installation and integration of structured cabling systems, enterprise networks, CCTV, access control, VoIP, data centres, and Building Management Systems (BMS). You will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, risks, documentation, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to the final system handover to ensure excellence in delivery.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in ICT, Computer Engineering, or Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering.
Must be registered as a Professional Engineer with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB).
Must hold a valid ERB Practising Licence.
Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in ICT system design and integration.
Proven experience in commercial and multi-storey building projects.
Expertise in enterprise networking and cybersecurity principles.
Strong ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.
Proficiency in system testing and commissioning processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong stakeholder communication and project documentation skills.
