SIHOTECH Engineering Company Limited is seeking a highly skilled Power Systems Engineer to lead technical operations within the firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive design, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of complex electrical power systems. This role requires a professional who can manage high, medium, and low voltage systems while ensuring that all power infrastructure operates with maximum reliability and safety. You will play a critical role in overseeing substations, transformers, and distribution networks to meet the high standards expected by our clients.
In addition to technical oversight, the Power Systems Engineer will supervise contractors and ensure that all project activities remain in strict compliance with engineering specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards. This involves managing project budgets, timelines, documentation, and quality assurance protocols. As a key technical authority, you will provide guidance on power system studies and protection coordination, ensuring that SIHOTECH Engineering continues to deliver innovative and efficient solutions across all infrastructure projects.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems) from a recognized university.
Must be a Registered Professional Engineer with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB).
Possession of a valid practicing license.
Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical power systems design, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
Proficiency in power system analysis software such as ETAP or DIgSILENT PowerFactory.
Strong knowledge of SCADA systems and protection coordination.
Comprehensive understanding of IEC and IEEE international standards.
Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and technical risks effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex electrical infrastructure.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and contractor supervision.
