Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware components and assembly.
Understanding of software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Fundamental grasp of networking concepts, including TCP/IP and basic network devices.
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
