Key Requirements
At least 3 years of solid experience in quantity surveying.
Strong background in construction cost estimation and budgeting.
Proficiency in financial management and cost control for large projects.
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Economics, or equivalent.
Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documents.
Ability to conduct site measurements and valuations accurately.
Strong understanding of contract administration and procurement law.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and specialized QS software.
Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to negotiate effectively with contractors and suppliers.
