Key Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Solid experience in cost estimation and project budgeting
Expertise in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
Knowledge of project financial management and cost control
Ability to handle contract administration and procurement
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Economics
Proficiency in MS Office and specialized surveying software
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
Professional membership with relevant quantity surveying boards
