Shreenidhi Engineering is looking for a qualified Quantity Surveyor to manage all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects. Located in Dar es Salaam, this role is critical for maintaining project budgets and ensuring the financial viability of our ventures. You will be responsible for minimizing the costs of a project and enhancing value for money while still achieving the required standards and quality.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional Quantity Surveyor.
Solid experience in cost estimation for civil and building projects.
Proven track record in budgeting and project financial management.
Thorough knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.
Ability to prepare detailed tender documents and bills of quantities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and industry-specific surveying software.
Must be a Tanzanian national (preferred).
Strong analytical and mathematical skills for precise financial tracking.
Effective negotiation and communication abilities with stakeholders.
Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
