Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in civil engineering.
Proven hands-on experience in interior designing and high-end finishing works.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Strong knowledge of structural integrity and building materials.
Ability to read and interpret complex architectural drawings and blueprints.
Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD.
Excellent leadership and team coordination skills on-site.
Familiarity with Tanzanian building codes and safety regulations.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Effective communication skills in both English and Swahili.
