Shreenidhi Engineering is seeking a talented and experienced Civil Engineer to join our growing team in Dar es Salaam. This role focuses on overseeing diverse construction projects with a specific emphasis on interior designing and high-quality finishing works. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all structural and aesthetic aspects of our projects meet the highest standards of excellence and safety.
In this position, you will work closely with other professionals to deliver dynamic projects from conception to completion. Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in civil engineering.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in interior designing projects.
Proven expertise in managing and overseeing finishing works.
Ability to supervise construction sites and ensure strict adherence to quality standards.
Proficiency in relevant engineering software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
Excellent project management and coordination skills to handle dynamic projects.
Must be a Tanzanian national (preferred).
Capacity to interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
High level of attention to detail and commitment to project deadlines.
