Shreeji Consultancy Services is currently seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team in Tanzania. This role is essential for ensuring the optimal performance, safety, and reliability of electrical systems, controls, and maintenance operations across our manufacturing facilities. The successful candidate will work closely with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and ensure that all machinery meets international standards of performance.
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting complex industrial electrical faults, maintaining motors, control panels, sensors, and variable frequency drives (VFDs), and conducting rigorous preventive maintenance. You will be responsible for managing electrical drawings, keeping detailed maintenance records, and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols. This position offers a 2-year contract with competitive perks, including accommodation, transportation, visa support, and an annual leave of 30 days after one year of service.

Key Requirements
Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
5 to 10 years of professional experience in industrial manufacturing
Proven expertise in PLC, VFD, and motor control systems
Proficiency in maintaining industrial electrical panels
Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical faults and control systems
Strong understanding of electrical safety standards and protocols
Experience with automated production machinery and utility equipment
Ability to interpret and manage electrical schematics and drawings
Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional maintenance teams
Must be willing to commit to a 2-year contract duration
