SHREEJI CONSULTANCY is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This is a vital role for an individual with a passion for driving sales and marketing initiatives, particularly within the automobile commercial vehicle sector. The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding our market reach and contributing to the company's overall growth and success. We are looking for a proactive professional who can build strong client relationships and achieve ambitious sales targets.This is a full-time position with a 2-year contract. Successful candidates will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including accommodation, flight tickets, visa processing, transportation, food allowances, and basic medical coverage. Leave will be granted after the completion of two years of service. Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
Any graduate degree is required.
Prior experience in automobile commercial vehicle sales is essential.
Preferred experience in leasing.
Age up to 35 years.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
