Shreeji Consultancy is recruiting a Production Manager for a prominent beverage manufacturing plant in Tanzania. The role involves leading end-to-end plant operations, focusing specifically on PET beverage lines for water and carbonated drinks. Candidates must possess a B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and have a substantial professional background of 10 to 15 years in the beverage industry. The ideal leader will be under 40 years of age and capable of significantly enhancing shop floor productivity and efficiency. Salary: Up to $4000/month (based on interview).

Key Requirements
10 to 15 years of experience in production management.
B.E. / B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Extensive experience with PET beverage manufacturing lines.
Proven track record in water or soft drink bottling operations.
Ability to lead and manage plant operations and shop floor activities.
Strong understanding of end-to-end production control processes.
Capability to drive efficiency and optimize manufacturing output.
Age must be 40 years or below.
Willingness to relocate to Tanzania for a 2-year contract.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
