PRODUCTION MANAGER @ SHREEJI CONSULTANCY
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Production Manager to oversee PET beverage manufacturing operations in Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing water and soft drink bottling lines, ensuring seamless end-to-end production control, and significantly driving efficiency across the entire shop floor. This role requires a professional who can lead plant operations effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The position offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary of up to $4000 per month, depending on the results of the interview process.
In addition to the competitive salary, the company provides accommodation, transportation, a work visa, and air tickets for the selected candidate. This is a two-year contract position with annual leave eligibility after the first year of service. Candidates must possess a strong background in mechanical engineering and extensive industry experience to be considered for this leadership role in East Africa. The role involves overseeing the entire production lifecycle from PET preform processing to final bottling and distribution preparation.

Key Requirements
10–15 years of professional experience in production management within the manufacturing sector.
Minimum qualification of B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Specialized experience in PET beverage lines, specifically water or carbonated soft drinks.
Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize end-to-end production control processes.
Ability to drive shop floor efficiency and lead large operational teams.
Candidate must be 40 years of age or younger.
Deep knowledge of blow molding, PET preform production, and bottling machinery.
Strong organizational and strategic planning skills for plant maintenance and operations.
Commitment to a 2-year contract period based in Tanzania.
Excellent communication and reporting skills to coordinate with senior management.
Proficiency in quality control and safety standards within a beverage manufacturing plant.
Experience in troubleshooting and predictive maintenance for mechanical production systems.
