Key Requirements
Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree.
3 to 5 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
High proficiency in using Tally Software for financial record-keeping.
Demonstrated ability to manage Cash and Bank Operations efficiently.
Strong analytical skills for financial reporting and data analysis.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in bookkeeping.
Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team in an international setting.
Commitment to a 2-year international employment contract in Uganda.
Strong communication skills for coordinating with management, recruiters, and banks.
In-depth knowledge of standard accounting principles and financial taxation regulations.
