Shree Hindu Mandal Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior IT Associate to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the organization's ERP and business applications while providing essential technical support to ensure seamless operations across all hospital departments. This role is pivotal in maintaining our IT ecosystem, providing a stable technology environment that allows our medical and administrative staff to focus on delivering quality care.
The Senior IT Associate will monitor and maintain the hospital's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and communication devices. You will be responsible for ensuring robust system backups, implementing stringent security measures, and managing access control protocols to protect sensitive hospital data. Additionally, you will coordinate with technology vendors for system maintenance, software upgrades, and timely issue resolution, ensuring that our technical standards are consistently met.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in IT, Computing, Information Systems, or a related field
Proven experience in managing and supporting ERP and business applications
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers and networks
Proficiency in implementing system backups and data protection strategies
Ability to manage access control and cybersecurity protocols
Experience in coordinating with third-party technology vendors
Must be a Tanzanian citizen
Fluency in both English and Swahili
Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
Ability to provide effective day-to-day user support
