LOAN OFFICER @ SHONGO MICROFINANCE
Shongo Microfinance is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Loan Officer to join their team in Dar es Salaam. Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with diverse clients.
Ability to work effectively under minimum supervision in a field environment.
Proficient in computer literacy and report writing.
Must be energetic, trustworthy, and goal-oriented.
Previous experience in sales or the microfinance industry is an added advantage.
Ability to conduct client assessments and detailed loan appraisals.
Strong commitment to following up on loan repayments and ensuring timely collections.
Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain strong customer relationships.
Analytical skills to evaluate financial data and creditworthiness.
