Shivashree is urgently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory / Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day factory and business operations in Tanzania. This pivotal role requires a leader who can effectively supervise and motivate teams, ensuring operational targets are consistently met across all departments. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving efficient workflow and productivity, safeguarding company assets, and implementing robust loss-control measures to optimize performance.

The manager will also play a crucial role in business development by collaborating closely with the sales team to support growth initiatives and improve overall company performance. Key responsibilities extend to fostering strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other essential stakeholders, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations, and identifying and implementing continuous operational improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability. The role also serves as the primary liaison between local operations and senior management. The salary for this position is competitive, and benefits include a company-sponsored work permit, accommodation, a company vehicle with fuel, one return air ticket every two years, and additional benefits as per company policy.

Key Requirements
