Key Requirements
Hands-on experience in Solar PV System Design and Installation.
Deep understanding of Renewable Energy Engineering principles.
Expertise in Energy Storage Systems (Batteries) and Inverters.
Proven track record in Solar Farm Development or Mini-Grid Solutions.
Strong skills in Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Field Service.
Ability to conduct Energy Efficiency Audits and Technical Documentation.
Experience in Solar Sales, Business Development, or Tendering.
Knowledge of Smart Energy and Grid Integration technologies.
A degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
Strong project portfolio showcasing past solar installations or designs.
