Key Requirements
Technical expertise in Solar PV installation and maintenance.
Experience with Mini-Grid and Off-Grid energy solutions in Ghana.
Knowledge of Inverters, Batteries, and Power System Engineering.
Ability to perform Solar Project Development and Tendering.
Proficiency in Energy Efficiency Audits and Monitoring Systems.
Strong background in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy.
Experience in Solar Sales Engineering and Business Development.
Certification in health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols.
Proven project portfolio in solar energy implementation.
