Key Requirements
Advanced Secondary Education
5+ years underground mining experience
At least 3 years in a supervisory or crew-leading role
Driving licence
Blasting certification preferred
Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
Compliance with company policies and mining regulations
Ability to work in a demanding underground mining environment
Effective shift management
