Key Requirements
Loader/bogger competency certification
3+ years underground machinery experience
Tele-remote competency where required
Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
Compliance with company policies and mining regulations
Ability to work in a demanding underground mining environment
Familiarity with underground haulage routes
Preventative maintenance checks
Spatial awareness in confined spaces
Communication with ground crews
