JUMBO OFFSIDER (3 POSITIONS) @ SHANTA MINING COMPANY LIMITED
Shanta Mining Company Limited requires three Jumbo Offsiders to support our underground drilling operations at Singida Gold Mine. As an Offsider, you will work closely with the Jumbo Operator to set up drilling equipment, assist in the operation of rigs, and perform essential maintenance tasks to ensure the advancement of mine development projects.
This role involves working a 6/3 roster. We are looking for motivated candidates with underground mining experience who are eager to develop their technical skills in the mining industry while maintaining a high standard of safety.

Key Requirements
Certificate of Secondary Education (CSEE)
Minimum 2 years of underground mining experience
Vocational or technical training in drilling or heavy equipment
Experience supporting underground drilling activities
Strong physical fitness and safety consciousness
Ability to follow complex technical instructions
Knowledge of drilling equipment set-up procedures
Understanding of mine site communication protocols
Commitment to completing tasks efficiently and safely
Willingness to learn advanced drilling techniques
