IT OPERATOR (3 POSITIONS) @ SHANTA MINING COMPANY LIMITED
Shanta Mining Company Limited is currently transitioning from open-pit to underground mining operations at its Singida Gold Mine. We are seeking three dedicated IT Operators to support this critical infrastructure development, including portal and decline excavation. You will be responsible for transporting essential mining supplies and operating heavy mobile equipment to assist production teams.
Candidates will work a 6/3 roster. This role requires individuals who can adhere to strict safety protocols, perform daily machine inspections, and contribute to the efficiency of underground mining activities in a dynamic and challenging work environment.

Key Requirements
Certificate of Secondary Education (CSEE)
Valid Tanzanian Driving Licence
Heavy equipment operation certification
Minimum 3 years operating underground mining equipment
Proficiency in pre-start equipment inspections
Ability to perform basic machine maintenance
Strong understanding of underground safety protocols
Physical fitness for underground work environments
Experience with transport logistics in a mine setting
Effective communication skills for team coordination
