ELECTRICIAN (2 POSITIONS) @ SHANTA MINING COMPANY LIMITED
Shanta Mining Company Limited is hiring two Electricians to support the underground expansion at Singida Gold Mine. You will be tasked with the installation, troubleshooting, inspection, and repair of high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems within the underground environment. Your work ensures that critical power systems remain operational 24/7.
This position operates on a 6/3 roster. Applicants should possess a strong background in industrial electrical systems and be capable of working safely within the unique conditions of an underground mining operation.

Key Requirements
Technical Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Recognized Electrical Trade Certificate
Minimum 3 years of industrial electrical experience
Experience with underground mining electrical installations
Strong knowledge of electrical safety codes
Ability to read electrical diagrams and schematics
Experience with high-voltage equipment preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
Commitment to team-based safety culture
