ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR (2 POSITIONS) @ SHANTA MINING COMPANY LIMITED
Shanta Mining Company Limited is hiring Electrical Supervisors to oversee underground electrical works at the Singida Gold Mine project. These supervisors are responsible for the daily management of electrical installation, maintenance, and repair teams. The focus is on achieving operational efficiency and ensuring all electrical systems meet safety and technical standards for underground mining environments.
Key Requirements
Technical Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Valid Electrical Trade Certificate
Minimum 5 years industrial electrical experience
At least 1 year in a supervisory role
Prior experience in underground mining environments is preferred
Competence in reading and interpreting electrical drawings
Demonstrated ability to manage small to medium electrical teams
Sound knowledge of relevant industrial electrical codes
Commitment to safety and quality control
Willingness to work a 6 weeks on/3 weeks off roster
