ELECTRICAL FOREMAN (1 POSITION) @ SHANTA MINING COMPANY LIMITED
Shanta Mining Company Limited is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead underground electrical maintenance and installations at our Singida Gold Mine. This role ensures all electrical infrastructure is safe, reliable, and compliant with mining standards. The Foreman will supervise technical staff and perform hands-on electrical work, ensuring the smooth operations of underground power systems.
Key Requirements
Technical Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Valid Electrical Trade Certificate
Minimum 7 years industrial electrical experience
Minimum 3 years supervisory experience
PLC training is a strong added advantage
Experience in high-voltage underground electrical installations
Strong troubleshooting skills for complex electrical issues
Commitment to workplace safety protocols
Ability to lead and mentor electrical technicians
Willingness to work a 6 weeks on/3 weeks off roster
