Shanta Mining Company Limited invites applications for two Boilermaker positions at the Singida Gold Mine. Responsibilities include the fabrication, installation, maintenance, and repair of various metal structures and mechanical components necessary for underground operations. This is a critical role for supporting the mine's infrastructure development.
Candidates must be willing to work a 6/3 roster cycle. We are looking for experienced welders and fabricators who prioritize quality craftsmanship and strictly adhere to underground safety guidelines.

Key Requirements
Trade Test Certificate in Boilermaking, Welding, or Fabrication
Minimum 3 years of experience in boilermaking and welding
Experience in mining or heavy industry settings
Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Arc)
Ability to interpret fabrication drawings
Strong understanding of metal integrity and safety
Capability to work in confined underground spaces
Commitment to workplace safety and risk assessment
Effective tool management and organizational skills
Ability to complete assigned fabrication projects on schedule
