AUTO ELECTRICIAN (1 POSITION) @ SHANTA MINING COMPANY LIMITED
We are seeking a qualified Auto Electrician to join the Shanta Mining Company Limited team at the Singida Gold Mine. In this role, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of complex electrical and electronic systems found in underground mining equipment. Your work will directly impact the performance and reliability of our fleet during our underground expansion.
This position follows a 6/3 roster schedule. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of automotive electronics and a proactive approach to maintaining high electrical standards for all mobile mining assets.

Key Requirements
FTC or Trade Test Certificate in Auto Electrical
Minimum 3 years in heavy equipment electrical maintenance
Strong understanding of vehicle electrical circuits
Experience with Sandvik mining equipment
Competency in using diagnostic testing equipment
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Knowledge of underground safety standards
Commitment to scheduled maintenance plans
Attention to detail in electrical wiring repairs
Ability to read and understand complex technical manuals
