BUSINESS ASSISTANT @ SHADY AHMED
The Business Assistant role at shady ahmed is a pivotal position designed to support the smooth operation of our factory facility in Dodoma. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and operational tasks, including managing daily logistics, providing direct support to the senior management team, and ensuring that all business processes are handled with professionalism and efficiency. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle a fast-paced environment and contribute to the overall growth of the business through diligent administrative oversight. Key responsibilities include drafting professional correspondence, coordinating schedules, and maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems.
The assistant will also be heavily involved in data management, using Microsoft Office tools to create analytical reports and presentations that help inform management decisions. Since this position is immediately available, we are looking for a candidate who is already based in Dodoma and can transition into the role seamlessly. The successful applicant will act as a primary point of contact for internal communications and must demonstrate high levels of confidentiality and reliability. Key Requirements
Must be a university graduate with a degree in Business Administration or other business-related field
Must be able to speak and write English fluently
Must be able to write and respond to professional emails
Must be able to prepare daily and weekly reports
Must have excellent computer skills in Microsoft PowerPoint
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel including preparing graphs and reports
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word for document creation
Must have good organizational and communication skills
Must be currently residing in Dodoma
Ability to handle confidential business information with discretion
