WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR @ SHABANIO
Shabanio is seeking a competent and highly organized Warehouse Supervisor to join our manufacturing operations based in Kibaha, Tanzania. This pivotal role involves overseeing all daily warehouse activities, from the receipt of raw materials to the storage and dispatch of finished products. The successful candidate will ensure high standards of operational excellence, focusing on meticulous inventory control and maintaining a safe work environment for all staff members.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in warehouse supervision, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Knowledge of health and safety standards in warehouse operations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience in conducting regular stock counts and inventory audits.
Proficiency in manual and digital stock reconciliation techniques.
Proven ability to supervise and provide guidance to warehouse staff.
