This role requires you to support the commercial team in managing all costs related to building and civil engineering projects. Key responsibilities include assisting with tender documentation, preparing cost estimations, performing contract administration, and contributing to overall project financial control.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
Basic understanding of construction methods and materials
Familiarity with contract law and financial regulations in construction
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
Proficiency in cost estimation and budgeting software
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements
Willingness to learn and grow within the profession
Team player with a proactive attitude
