SF Group of Companies Ltd is currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to oversee our Inland Container Depot (ICD). We are a company dedicated to excellence and teamwork, looking for a leader who can drive results and manage complex logistical operations. The Operations Manager will be central to our growth strategy, ensuring that our ICD operations are efficient, safe, and highly productive.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in logistics management and a proven track record of leading teams toward success. You will be responsible for strategic planning, resource allocation, and supervising the day-to-day activities of the depot. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
Significant experience in management roles within an ICD or port environment
Strong leadership and people management skills
Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
High level of proficiency in logistics and management software
Knowledge of international shipping and customs regulations
Commitment to maintaining high health and safety standards
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
