Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Basic knowledge of project planning and scheduling techniques
Familiarity with planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)
Ability to analyze project data and identify critical paths
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Proactive in identifying and resolving potential schedule conflicts
